Start/Finish: National Sports Centre, North Field
65 Roberts Avenue, Prospect, Devonshire

The popular Allshores 5k Run/Walk returns for the 2027 Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge race weekend! This event was initially added in response to feedback received from participants over the last few years and we’re excited to be able to continue offering it as part of the weekend’s events. Having a 5k run/walk is another way of making the Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge more inclusive for people at all stages of their fitness journey. The Allshores 5k Run/Walk is a stand-alone event and does not count as part of the Full or Half Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BERMUDA NATIONAL ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION, STROLLERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE NON-COMPETITIVE WALK AND WE ASK THAT YOU START NEAR THE BACK TO AVOID ANY INTERFERENCE WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
Based on feedback from participants we’ve received over the past few years, we want to provide new participants with the following guidance:
This is a hilly course that includes a steep hill and a long, steady incline. We recommend incorporating hills into your training so, come race day, you can tackle the hills with confidence. You can find an elevation map on the lower right portion of the course map, which is located on this page above the “Course Description” section. Studying this will help you better understand the incline and incline/distance of the hills along the course. As with any elevation map, please note the scale when reading it.

Amenities
All participants in the Allshores 5k Run/Walk will receive a 2027 Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge technical t-shirt, a custom 2027 Allshores 5k Finisher’s Medal, and a swag bag.
In addition, all are welcome to attend the FREE post-race Finish Festival on the North Field featuring music, Bermuda’s famous Gombey dancers, samples of locally brewed beer courtesy of Bermuda Craft Brewing and complimentary samples of rum-based cocktails courtesy of Goslings. Kick back on the grass while you enjoy Nature Valley granola bars and an Oscar Mayer hotdog courtesy of Butterfield & Vallis.
Please note that Full/Half Bermuda Triangle Challenge participants and people that register for more than one race (e.g., the Butterfield Mile Open Division, the Allshores 5k, the Allshores 10k or the PwC Bermuda Full/Half Marathon) will only receive one shirt.

Course Description
The 5k course begins and ends at the North Field of Bermuda’s National Sports Centre. Runners will head south on Montpelier Road to Middle Road until they reach Parsons Lane. They will take a left on Parsons Lane and run up Barkers Hill, through the scenic Ocean View Golf Club, until they reach the Bermuda Railway Trail. Here, they will take a right onto the Railway Trail for a brief out and back, giving them a bird’s eye view of the Atlantic Ocean, before continuing west on the Railway Trail to join the 10k course on Palmetto Road. From here, the 5k course traces the 10k course back to the finish: runners will follow Palmetto Road west, take a left onto Frog Lane and follow Frog Lane back to the finish at the North Field.
“There was so much food and refreshments, even a post-race beer! Thanks to all of the providers for that.”
